Brook Carlon

Brook Carlon is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kastle Systems International and is responsible for leading the company’s global Human Resources function where she is focused on ensuring people strategies and services that engage and support the best-qualified staff to meet our clients’ needs.

Ms. Carlon has more than 25 years of experience leading Human Resources for public and private multinational organizations where she has a strong track record as a dynamic and innovative change agent responsible for leading high-impact, people-focused strategies to enable positive business outcomes. Prior to joining Kastle, Brook spent the last ten years working with private equity-backed companies leading human resources, technology and client operations functions.  Most recently, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Aviacode where she lead the core internal functions (human resources and technology) as well as the company’s global operations based in Hyderabad, India.

Ms. Carlon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University. She maintains both the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation through HRCI, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation.
