Kastle Systems Earns 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award

Falls Church, Virginia, Today, Kastle Systems has been named a recipient of the Energage 2021 Top Workplaces USA award. This award is based on Energage’s Top Workplaces research methodology it has used throughout its 14-year history of surveying over 20 million employees and 66,000 organizations to identify what makes a company a great place to work. Only one-in-four companies considered were recognized with this award.

The award focuses on large organizations, those with more than 150 employees, and those operating in multiple markets. With several thousand organization invited, more than 1,100 participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
